Clint definitely earned his commission with us. We were buying from California and had him looking at houses for us from Pomme de Terre to Seneca. He was extremely helpful, prompt, and well-informed. Josh Kirk realtor with Cantrell Realty did everything possible to make our home purchase become an outstanding experience! Being an out of town home buyer can be a very difficult and uneasy process! Josh Kirk made it simple!! He was always there to answer any questions we had quickly no matter how small. We did video walk-throughs(facetime) even on weekends. Josh even did an open house walkthrough on Super Bowl Sunday! (We didn't ask for that, that's Josh's commitment to help) The Springfield metro area has many wonderful communities which Josh willingly showed us homes in Nixa, Ozark and Springfield all in the same day! (Arriving in town our gas tank low Josh located a station and patiently waited for us!) Never did Josh like some agencies pass us off to their assistant. He handled everything personally. We did find, negotiate and close on our new home remotely and seamlessly with Josh's help! Since our new home needed some minor updating, Josh went the extra mile and helped us find awesome contractors to help us. Brent Cantrell worked around our family's schedules for viewing homes! He made sure I had knowledge of new listings and changes made to older ones. He let us take time and wasn't a constant voicemail or text message I had to read. He would check in with me to make sure we had what we needed at that point in time and would reiterate that he was available if we had questions or found one we wanted to go look at! When we finally found our home, he worked with the Owner's Realtor and the title company to allow me to sign virtually. Then he was even awesome enough to hand deliver the keys to My Family's new Palace, to me at work when I wasn't able to get time off work for closing day!
